Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped by Slovenská Pošta Priority Mail. Please note that your package will be shipped from Slovakia, Europe. Therefore, for your package to be processed and arrive, allow 3 - 5 business days when shipping to Slovakia, 5 - 7 business days when shipping to Europe, 10 - 14 business days when shipping outside of Europe. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. Shipping is free of charge in case Customer Pick-up is specified in the checkout process. International package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Buffet is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Buffet cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be. We do try to minimize these charges by listing the wholesale cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office. Buffet cannot track international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

You may exchange an item within 14 days of receipt so long as it is in it's original condition (new/unworn/unused). No refunds are available. Shipping & handling is not refundable for exchanges and exchanged goods must be shipped back with delivery confirmation. We do not offer exchanges on discounted items. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our office. If you are going to return an item, please notify us by email at michal@buffetclothing.com.
