Returns

Returns Policy

You may return all full price items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, contact us at nikola@buffetclothing.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We only replace items if they are full price, defective or damaged.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You should expect to receive your refund usually within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
