We would go for the size you usually wear and are used to. Keep in mind that we are working on perfecting the size fits of our styles with every collection so there might be slight variations. WHY MY CARD IS NOT WORKING?
We have all been there. Sometimes it’s a sign from the universe, other times the technology is not on our side. We suggest trying a couple of times, or maybe use a different card or payment method. If nothing works, contact us at customer@buffetclothing.com. All information about the payment methods can be found in the PAYMENT section.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
We ship your pleasure from a warehouse in Bratislava during office hours from Monday-Friday. Unless it's a Slovak National Holiday. The tracking number for your package is sent to you via email once your order is processed in our warehouse. If the tracking number is not active, it has not been picked up by the shipping company yet. Find more in the SHIPPING section.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to send it back to us for a refund. For a detailed guide on how to return an item and all the exceptions regarding the acceptance of the return, please see our RETURNS section.

If the item you're looking for is out of stock you can use the Notify me when available button on the product page to send us an email. You will get notified when the item is back in stock. If you’re feeling lucky, send an email to customer@buffetclothing.com and maybe you will be the one to get the last piece displayed at one of our stores.

When placing an order at buffetclothing.com you can choose the payment method you prefer. Note that, for security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

Our checkout is provided by Stripe, you can pay safe and easy by credit card in all countries. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Apple Pay.
PAYPAL

Shipping
The order confirmation including your order number is sent by email once we receive your order.
We do our best to process all orders placed on business days within 24 hours. If this is not your case, please give us some extra time, we do everything to get your order to you in the shortest time possible. If you wait more than 5 business days without hearing from us, send us a message, there might be a problem we do not know about yet.
As soon as your order is packed by our warehouse team and ready to be dispatched, we will send you another email with a tracking number of your package. Please note we create the tracking number prior to handling the package to the shipping company. The tracking number is active once it is processed by the shipping company.

Please note it is in your interest to track your own package. You will not be updated about the delivery status by email or text message.
We work with GLS shipping service and their partner companies. You can use any GLS ParcelShop near your address. Contact the courier or customer service line of the shipping company to change your delivery address. A delivery notification will be sent via text message when your package is ready to be collected. Once your package status is ready for delivery the courier will deliver the package.
Please note it is important to provide a telephone number for the courier to contact you and an address that is clear and reachable (e.g. name on the doorbell, reception desk, company name, floor number). If this information is missing, the package status can be changed to Could not be delivered or Recipient not reached. In this case please contact the customer service line of the shipping company and have your tracking number ready. They will assist you with contacting the courier or correcting the delivery address info.

If you refuse your order or if we cannot deliver the goods because of wrong or faulty information, we will deduct the shipping and any other fees such as import taxes and duties that have been added, from your refund.

Returns and exchanges
We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after your order is delivered to ship it back for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In case of exchange or return please contact our customer service by email to customer@buffetclothing.com including your order number and information on items you would like to exchange / return.
Any exchange or return without a previous email notification won’t be accepted and refunded.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
Fill in the return form included with your order. If you didn't receive a return shipping label, contact us at customer@buffetclothing.com and you will be provided with one.
Pack your order in the original shipping box, or equivalent.
Label the package with the address provided by our customer service and hand it in at your local post.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You should expect to receive your refund usually within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

(Predávajúci a Kupujúci spolu ďalej len „zmluvné strany").
Tieto obchodné podmienky platia na území Slovenskej republiky pre kúpu tovaru objednaného prostredníctvom elektronického obchodu na stránke www.buffetclothing.com.
Obchodné podmienky vstupujú do platnosti dňom ich zverejnenia na www.buffetclothing.com. Všetky vzťahy medzi Kupujúcim a Predávajúcim, ktoré nie sú upravené týmito všeobecnými obchodnými podmienkami, sa riadia príslušnými ustanoveniami zákona č.513/1991 Zb. Obchodný zákonník v znení neskorších predpisov. Ak je Kupujúci spotrebiteľom v zmysle § 52 ods. 3 zákona č. 40/1964 Zb. Občiansky zákonník v platnom znení, teda ak sa jedná o kupujúceho, ktorý pri uzatváraní a plnení zmluvy nejedná v rámci svojej obchodnej alebo inej podnikateľskej činnosti, riadia sa vzťahy neupravené týmito všeobecnými obchodnými podmienkami príslušnými ustanoveniami zákona č. 40/1964 Zb. Občiansky zákonník v znení neskorších predpisov. Práva kupujúceho vo vzťahu k predávajúcemu vyplývajúce zo zákona č. 250/2007 Z.z. o ochrane spotrebiteľa a o zmene zákona Slovenskej národnej rady č. 372/1990Zb. o priestupkoch v znení neskorších predpisov a zákona č.108/2000 Z.z. o ochrane spotrebiteľa pri podomovom predaji a zásielkovom predaji v znení neskorších predpisov zostávajú týmito obchodné podmienky nedotknuté.
Kupujúcim sa rozumie v systéme zaregistrovaná fyzická osoba, alebo právnická osoba, ktorá si elektronicky objedná tovar prostredníctvom elektronického obchodu na stránke buffetclothing.com. Elektronickou objednávkou sa rozumie odoslaný elektronický formulár, obsahujúci informácie o kupujúcom, zoznam objednaného tovaru z ponuky elektronického obchodu na stránke buffetclothing.com a celková cena tohto tovaru, spracovaný systémom elektronického obchodu. Tovarom sa rozumejú všetky produkty uvedené na stránke buffetclothing.com.

Proces registrácie kupujúceho, elektronické objednanie tovaru a uskutočnenie platby za tovar elektronicky ako aj spracovanie osobných údajov kupujúceho je chránené a zabezpečené. Osobné a dôverné informácie sú bezpečne uchovávané počas prenosu z prehliadača kupujúceho na www.buffetclothing.com.
OCHRANA SÚKROMIA A OSOBNÝCH ÚDAJOV
Kupujúci vyhlasuje, že svoje osobné údaje poskytuje dobrovoľne pre korektné plnenie objednávky.
Prevádzkovateľ vyhlasuje, že poskytnuté osobné údaje spracováva výhradne v súlade so zákonom 122/2013 Z.z. o ochrane osobných údajov v znení neskorších predpisov.
Prevádzkovateľ vyhlasuje, že osobné údaje kupujúceho nezverejňuje, nesprístupňuje, neposkytuje žiadnym iným subjektom, s výnimkou organizácií, s ktorými je spolupráca nevyhnutná pre správne vybavenie objednávky kupujúceho. Sú to najmä banky (v niektorých prípadoch poskytnutie mena kupujúceho), doručovateľské služby (adresa na dodanie.)
V našom obchode nezadávate žiadne informácie, ktoré by sa priamo týkali práce s peniazmi na Vašich účtoch. Všetky v súčasnosti ponúkané formy elektronického bankovníctva (platenia za tovar cez internet) sú realizované priamo na stránkach Vašej banky, ktorá nám poskytne jedine informáciu o úspešnosti či neúspešnosti platby a Vaše meno, prípadne číslo účtu (aby sme vedeli platbu identifikovať a v prípade potreby vrátiť). V žiadnom prípade sa nedozvieme žiadne ďalšie informácie, ako Vaše prihlasovacie údaje alebo zostatok na Vašom účte.
Poskytnuté informácie o Kupujúcom sú uchovávané v chránenej databáze na našom serveri, aby ich Kupujúci nemusel nanovo zapisovať pri každej návšteve. Tieto údaje sú taktiež nutné pre náš účtovný a fakturačný systém. Svoje údaje a ďalšie nastavenia môžete kedykoľvek zmeniť prostredníctvom e-mailu alebo po prihlásení.
Kupujúci má právo kedykoľvek bezplatne požiadať predávajúceho, aby jeho osobné údaje vymazal z databázy.
ČLÁNOK 2 – OBJEDNÁVKA
Podmienkou platnosti elektronickej objednávky je pravdivé a úplné vyplnenie všetkých registračných formulárov. Predávajúci nezodpovedá za omeškanie dodávky a za škodu, ktorá bola spôsobená dôsledkom toho, že kupujúci pri registrácii nezadal všetky požadované údaje, alebo vyplnil registračný formulár chybne. Predávajúci tiež nezodpovedá za škodu, ktorá bola spôsobená kupujúcemu dôsledkom toho, že kupujúci zabudol svoje prístupové heslo, alebo sa prístupové heslo kupujúceho dostalo do rúk nepovolaných osôb bez pričinenia predávajúceho. Prijatá elektronická objednávka je považovaná za návrh Kúpnej zmluvy a je záväzná. Kúpna zmluva medzi predávajúcim a kupujúcim vzniká na základe záväzného potvrdenia elektronickej objednávky v systéme. Predávajúci je povinný potvrdiť e-mailovou správou (na e-mailovú adresu kupujúceho uvedenú v elektronickej objednávke) obsah elektronickej objednávky kupujúceho do troch pracovných dní po jej doručení predávajúcemu, inak platí, že k uzavretiu Kúpnej zmluvy medzi Zmluvnými stranami nedošlo. Kupujúci je povinný skontrolovať obsah elektronickej objednávky uvedený v e-mailovej správe predávajúcim. V prípade zistenia nezrovnalostí týkajúcich sa obsahu elektronickej objednávky potvrdenej zo strany predávajúceho, je kupujúci povinný o tom upovedomiť predávajúceho prostredníctvom e-mailovej správy zaslanej na e-mailovú adresu customer@buffetclothing.com.
Za podstatné náležitosti elektronickej objednávky sa považujú:
a) Identifikácia kupujúceho, t.j. obchodné meno alebo meno a priezvisko, sídlo/bydlisko, IČO, DIČ, kontakt (telefón a e-mailová adresa);
b) Názov objednávaného tovaru resp. presný popis tovaru;
c) Množstvo objednávaného tovaru;
d) Adresa miesta dodania tovaru (ak nebude tento údaj uvedený, má sa za to, že tovar má byť dodaný na adresu sídla/bydliska kupujúceho);
e) Meno a priezvisko osoby oprávnenej k prevzatiu dodávaného tovaru (ak nebude tento údaj uvedený, má sa za to, že k prevzatiu dodávaného tovaru je oprávnený kupujúci, prípadne akýkoľvek jeho zamestnanec).
Ak nebude objednávka obsahovať náležitosti podľa predchádzajúceho článku, je považovaná za neúplnú. Predávajúci sa v takom prípade pokúsi kontaktovať kupujúceho a vyzvať ho k odstráneniu nedostatkov elektronickej objednávky a jej prípadnému spresneniu a/alebo doplneniu. Okamihom doručenia údajov spresňujúcich a/alebo doplňujúcich elektronickú objednávku predávajúcemu sa elektronická objednávka považuje za úplnú.
ČLÁNOK 3 – STORNO OBJEDNÁVKY
Kupujúci má právo stornovať elektronickú objednávku bez udania dôvodu kedykoľvek pred jej záväzným potvrdením zo strany predávajúceho. Predávajúci si vyhradzuje právo zrušiť objednávku alebo jej časť, ak sa tovar už nevyrába alebo nedodáva. V prípade, že táto situácia nastane, predávajúci bude kontaktovať kupujúceho za účelom dohody o ďalšom postupe. V prípade, že kupujúci zaplatil už časť alebo celú sumu kúpnej ceny, bude mu táto čiastka prevedená späť na jeho účet v lehote 15-tich kalendárnych dní.
ČLÁNOK 4 – SPOTREBITEĽSKÉ ZMLUVY A POUČENIE O PRÁVE ODSTÚPIŤ OD ZMLUVY
V prípade, keď je Kúpna zmluva uzatvorená použitím prostriedkov komunikácie na diaľku (v tomto prípade elektronický obchod na internete), má kupujúci právo od kúpnej zmluvy odstúpiť do 7 dní od prevzatia tovaru. Iba v prípade, pokiaľ by predávajúci neodovzdal kupujúcemu informácie, ktoré je podľa § 10 zákona č. 108/2000 zákon o ochrane spotrebiteľa pri podomovom predaji a zásielkovom predaji v znení neskorších predpisov povinný odovzdať, je táto doba 3 mesiace od prevzatia tovaru. Ak sú informácie riadne odovzdané v jej priebehu, dochádza k ukončeniu trojmesačnej doby a začína od tej doby trvať doba sedemdňová. Kupujúci však nemôže odstúpiť od zmlúv vymenovaných v § 12 ods. 5 zákona č. 108/2000 zákon o ochrane spotrebiteľa pri podomovom predaji a zásielkovom predaji v znení neskorších predpisov. Oznámenie kupujúceho o odstúpení od kúpnej zmluvy musí byť predávajúcemu doručené do skončenia doby pre odstúpenie a zároveň musí byť predávajúcemu riadne vrátený kompletný tovar v pôvodnom stave (nenosený, nepoužívaný, čistý) so všetkými dokladmi a dokumentáciou, ktoré boli Kupujúcemu dodané. Pre rýchle vybavenie veci je nutné vrátiť tovar na rovnakú adresu predávajúceho, ktorá je v dokladoch k tovaru uvedená ako miesto, z ktorého bol tovar kupujúcemu odoslaný. Odstúpením kupujúceho od kúpnej zmluvy sa kúpna zmluva od začiatku ruší. Predávajúci je povinný prevziať tovar späť a vrátiť kupujúcemu najneskôr v lehote 15 dní odo dňa odstúpenia od kúpnej zmluvy cenu zaplatenú za tovar prevodom na účet kupujúceho. Náklady na vrátenie tovaru znáša predávajúci len v tom prípade, ak tovar plne nezodpovedal kvalitatívnym požiadavkám a bol vadný. V prípade nesplnenia niektorej z vyššie uvedených podmienok predávajúci nebude akceptovať odstúpenie od elektronickej objednávky a tovar bude vrátený na náklady kupujúceho naspäť.
ČLÁNOK 5 – CENOVÉ PODMIENKY
Kúpna cena tovarov ponúkaných predávajúcim prostredníctvom buffetclothing.com je uvedená vždy vedľa vybraného tovaru. Kúpna cena sa vždy uvádza s daňou z pridanej hodnoty, ak nie je uvedené inak. Predávajúci si vyhradzuje právo jednostranne upraviť (zvýšiť/znížiť) ceny tovarov s tým, že nové ceny tovarov sú pre kupujúceho platné dňom ich uverejnenia na buffetclothing.com. Takáto úprava ceny sa nevzťahuje na tovar už kupujúcim objednaný.
ČLÁNOK 6 – PLATOBNÉ PODMIENKY
Kupujúci môže vykonať platbu za tovar jedným z nasledujúcich spôsobov: platobnou kartou, bankovým prevodom alebo prevodom cez Paypal.
ČLÁNOK 7 – DODACIE PODMIENKY
Dodávky elektronicky objednaného tovaru budú podľa dostupnosti tovarov a prevádzkových možností predávajúceho expedované v čo najkratšom termíne. Kupujúci je informovaný o zaslaní tovaru e-mailom. Objednaný tovar bude odoslaný kupujúcemu:
1. na území SR prostredníctvom kuriéra spoločnosti GLS
2. v zahraničí prostredníctvom kuriéra spoločnosti GLS alebo inej zmluvnej spoločnosti GLS pre danú krajinu.
Kupujúci bude oboznámený o dodacích lehotách aj pri potvrdení objednávky. Vlastnícke právo k tovaru prechádza na kupujúceho jeho prevzatím a zaplatením kúpnej ceny. Zásielka s tovarom vždy obsahuje faktúru.
ČLÁNOK 8 – ZÁRUČNÉ PODMIENKY A ZÁRUČNÁ DOBA
Na dodávaný tovar je kupujúcemu poskytnutá záručná doba 24 mesiacov. Záručná doba začína plynúť v deň odovzdania tovaru kupujúcemu. Ku každému tovaru zakúpeného u predávajúceho je pri jeho dodaní kupujúcemu priložená faktúra, ktorá slúži zároveň ako záručný doklad. Reklamovať je možné len tovar zakúpený u predávajúceho a úplne zaplatený. Pri uplatnení reklamácie je kupujúci povinný doručiť na adresu sídla predávajúceho reklamovaný tovar čistý, mechanicky nepoškodený v originálnom balení vrátane požadovaných dokladov. Oprávnená záručná reklamácia je bezplatná. Pri neoprávnenej reklamácii je kupujúci povinný uhradiť náklady vzniknuté riešením tejto reklamácie. Záručná doba na tovar zaniká v prípadoch, ak k chybe došlo nesprávnym zaobchádzaním s výrobkom, mechanickým poškodením, prevádzkou v nevhodných podmienkach, alebo neoprávneným zásahom do výrobku. Zo záruky sú tiež vyňaté chyby výrobku spôsobené živelnou pohromou.
ČLÁNOK 9 – ZÁVEREČNÉ USTANOVENIA
Predávajúci upozorňuje, že informácie uvedené na stránke www.buffetclothing.com môžu byť aktualizované bez predchádzajúceho upozornenia. Predávajúci môže kedykoľvek bez predchádzajúceho upozornenia zmeniť tovary. Predávajúci si vyhradzuje právo tieto obchodné podmienky, kedykoľvek zmeniť a/alebo doplniť. Zmeny a/alebo doplnky týchto obchodných podmienok vstupujú do platnosti dňom ich zverejnenia na www.buffetclothing.com. Odoslaním elektronickej objednávky predávajúcemu, kupujúci zároveň potvrdzuje svoj bezvýhradný súhlas s obchodnými podmienkami predávajúceho.

ARTICLE 1 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the company:

registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, section: Sro, file no .: 75671 / B (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") when purchasing goods offered by the Seller through electronic commerce on the Seller's website www.buffetclothing.com (hereinafter referred to as "buffetclothing.com") and are an integral part of the purchase contract concluded between the buyer and the seller at a distance through electronic commerce on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as "Purchase Agreement"). (Seller and Buyer together hereinafter referred to as the "Parties").
These terms and conditions apply in the Slovak Republic for the purchase of goods ordered through the e-shop at www.buffetclothing.com.
The Terms and Conditions come into force on the day of their publication on www.buffetclothing.com. All relations between the Buyer and the Seller, which are not regulated by these general business conditions, are governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 513/1991 Coll. Commercial Code as amended. If the Buyer is a consumer in accordance with § 52 par. 3 of Act No. 40/1964 Coll. The Civil Code, as amended, ie if it is a buyer who does not act in the conclusion and performance of the contract in the course of its business or other entrepreneurial activity, relations not regulated by these general terms and conditions are governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code as amended. The rights of the buyer in relation to the seller arising from Act No. 250/2007 Coll. on consumer protection and on the amendment of the Act of the Slovak National Council No. 372/1990 Coll. on offenses as amended by later regulations and Act No. 108/2000 Coll. on consumer protection in doorstep selling and mail order sales, as amended, these terms and conditions remain unaffected.
Buyer is a person or legal entity registered in the system who orders goods electronically via the e-shop at buffetclothing.com. Electronic order means a sent electronic form containing information about the buyer, a list of ordered goods from the e-commerce offer on the buffetclothing.com website and the total price of these goods, processed by the e-commerce system. Goods include all products listed on buffetclothing.com.

The process of registration of the buyer, electronic ordering of goods and payment for the goods electronically as well as the processing of personal data of the buyer is protected and secured. Personal and confidential information is securely stored during transmission from the buyer's browser to www.buffetclothing.com.
PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The buyer declares that he provides his personal data voluntarily for the correct fulfillment of the order.
The Operator declares that it processes the provided personal data exclusively in accordance with Act 122/2013 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended.
The Operator declares that it does not publish, make available or provide the Buyer's personal data to third parties, with the exception of organizations with which cooperation is necessary for the correct processing of the Buyer's order. These are mainly banks (in some cases providing the name of the buyer), delivery services (delivery address.)
In our store, you do not enter any information that would directly relate to working with money in your accounts. All currently offered forms of electronic banking (payment for goods via the Internet) are implemented directly on your bank's website, which will provide us only with information about the success or failure of the payment and your name or account number (so we can identify the payment and return if necessary. ). In no case will we know any other information, such as your login details or your account balance.
The information provided about the Buyer is stored in a protected database on our server, so that the Buyer does not have to re-enter it at each visit. This information is also required for our accounting and invoicing system. You can change your details and other settings at any time via email or login.
The buyer has the right to ask the seller to delete his personal data from the database at any time and free of charge.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDER
The condition for the validity of the electronic order is the true and complete completion of all registration forms. The seller is not responsible for delays in delivery and for damage caused by the fact that the buyer did not enter all the required data during registration, or filled in the registration form incorrectly. The seller is also not liable for damage caused to the buyer as a result of the buyer's forgotten password or the buyer's password fell into the hands of unauthorized persons without the seller's fault. The received electronic order is considered a draft of the Purchase Agreement and is binding. The purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is based on a binding confirmation of the electronic order in the system. The Seller is obliged to confirm the content of the Buyer's electronic order by e-mail (to the Buyer's e-mail address specified in the electronic order) within three working days after its delivery to the Seller, otherwise the Purchase Agreement between the Contracting Parties has not been concluded. The buyer is obliged to check the content of the electronic order specified in the e-mail message by the seller. In the event of any discrepancies regarding the content of the electronic order confirmed by the seller, the buyer is obliged to notify the seller by e-mail sent to the e-mail address: customer@buffetclothing.com.
The following are considered essentials of an electronic order:
a) Identification of the buyer, i.e. business name or name and surname, registered office / residence, ID number, VAT number, contact (telephone and e-mail address);
b) Name of the ordered goods resp. exact description of the goods;
c) Quantity of ordered goods;
d) Address of the place of delivery of the goods (if this information is not provided, it is considered that the goods are to be delivered to the address of the registered office / residence of the buyer);
e) Name and surname of the person authorized to take over the delivered goods (if this information is not provided, it is considered that the buyer or any of his employees is entitled to take over the delivered goods).
If the order does not contain the requisites according to the previous article, it is considered incomplete. In this case, the seller will try to contact the buyer and ask him to eliminate the shortcomings of the electronic order and its possible clarification and / or supplementation. Upon delivery of the data specifying and / or supplementing the electronic order to the seller, the electronic order is considered complete.
ARTICLE 3 – ORDER CANCELLATION
The buyer has the right to cancel the electronic order without giving a reason at any time before its binding confirmation by the seller. The seller reserves the right to cancel the order or part thereof if the goods are no longer produced or delivered. In the event that this situation occurs, the seller will contact the buyer to agree on further action. If the buyer has already paid part or all of the purchase price, this amount will be transferred back to his account within 15 calendar days.
ARTICLE 4 – CONSUMER CONTRACTS AND INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event that the Purchase Agreement is concluded using means of distance communication (in this case e-commerce on the Internet), the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Only if the seller does not provide the buyer with information that is required by § 10 of Act No. 108/2000 Act on Consumer Protection in Doorstep Selling and Mail Order, as amended, this period is 3 months from receipt of the goods. If the information is properly transmitted during it, the three-month period ends and the seven-day period begins from that time. However, the buyer may not withdraw from the contracts listed in § 12 par. 5 of Act No. 108/2000 Act on Consumer Protection in Doorstep Selling and Mail Order, as amended. The Buyer's notice of withdrawal from the purchase contract must be delivered to the Seller by the end of the withdrawal period and at the same time the seller must be properly returned to the seller in its original condition (not worn, unused, clean) with all documents and documentation supplied to the Buyer. For quick processing of the item, it is necessary to return the goods to the same address of the seller, which is listed in the goods documents as the place from which the goods were sent to the buyer. Withdrawal of the buyer from the purchase contract, the purchase contract is canceled from the beginning. The seller is obliged to take back the goods and return to the buyer no later than 15 days from the date of withdrawal from the purchase contract the price paid for the goods by transfer to the buyer's account. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the seller only if the goods did not fully meet the quality requirements and were defective. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above conditions, the seller will not accept withdrawal from the electronic order and the goods will be returned at the expense of the buyer.
ARTICLE 5 – PRICE CONDITIONS
The purchase price of goods offered by the seller through buffetclothing.com is always listed next to the selected goods. The purchase price is always stated with value added tax, unless stated otherwise. The seller reserves the right to unilaterally adjust (increase / decrease) the prices of goods, provided that the new prices of goods are valid for the buyer on the day of their publication on buffetclothing.com. Such price adjustment does not apply to goods already ordered by the buyer.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT TERMS
The buyer can make payment for the goods in one of the following ways: by credit card, bank transfer or transfer via Paypal.
ARTICLE 7 – TERMS OF DELIVERY
Deliveries of electronically ordered goods will be dispatched as soon as possible, depending on the availability of goods and the seller's operational capabilities. The buyer is informed about sending the goods by e-mail.
The ordered goods will be sent to the buyer:
1. on the territory of the Slovak Republic through the courier company GLS
2. abroad by a courier company GLS or another GLS contracting company for that country.
The buyer will be informed of the delivery times even when confirming the order. Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer by taking over and paying the purchase price. The consignment with the goods always contains an invoice.
ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTY CONDITIONS AND WARRANTY PERIOD
The buyer is provided with a warranty period of 24 months for the delivered goods. The warranty period begins on the day the goods are handed over to the buyer. Each product purchased from the seller is accompanied by an invoice upon delivery to the buyer, which also serves as a warranty document. Only goods purchased from the seller and fully paid can be claimed. When making a complaint, the buyer is obliged to deliver to the address of the seller's registered office the claimed goods clean, mechanically undamaged in the original packaging, including the required documents. Eligible warranty claims are free of charge. In the event of an unjustified complaint, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs incurred in resolving this complaint. The warranty period for the goods expires in cases where the error occurred due to improper handling of the product, mechanical damage, operation in unsuitable conditions, or unauthorized intervention in the product. Product defects caused by natural disasters are also excluded from the warranty.
ARTICLE 9 – FINAL PROVISIONS
The seller warns that the information provided on the buffetclothing.com website may be updated without prior notice. The seller may change the goods at any time without prior notice. The seller reserves the right to change and / or supplement these terms and conditions at any time. Changes and / or amendments to these terms and conditions come into force on the day of their publication on www.buffetclothing.com. By sending an electronic order to the seller, the buyer also confirms his unconditional agreement with the business conditions of the seller.
